Pivotal's legal affairs are directed and managed by AGL Resources’ Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and further supported by AGL Resources’ Vice President and Associate General Counsel.  The legal work is diverse and sophisticated, based on the wide variety of issues in which Pivotal and the operations it supports are involved.
